When you submit the trade enquiry form, we store your business name, email address, phone number and submission time (older enquiries may also include contact name, business type and requirements). HALKO uses this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the related business relationship. The website admin can access submitted enquiries. Email and WhatsApp messages are handled through those services.
